NXT Labs (nxtlabs.us) is a direct-to-consumer blood panel service. You choose a panel online, pay, then walk in to a collection site for your blood draw. Tests are performed by a CLIA-certified lab, and results are typically available 48–72 hours after collection is completed.

Yes. You can cancel and receive a full refund any time until sample collection is completed at the lab. Email info@nxtlabs.us with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method and take 5-7 business days to fully process. Your bank may take longer to post the refund. After collection is completed at the lab, the order is no longer eligible for a refund. If we cannot process the sample or deliver results because of an error on our side or the lab's, we issue a full refund. Refunds do not depend on what the results show. An order that is not collected within 30 days of purchase expires with no refund. Services are not available in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Alaska, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts. An order for collection in one of those states is cancelled with a full refund.

Stripe processes payments; NXT Labs does not store full card numbers. Results and PDFs are viewable only in your authenticated account with an emailed code. Coaches do not receive lab results without separate authorization. Delete your account in the iPhone app or by emailing support; some records may be retained for legal obligations. See /privacy.

The purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to order from NXT Labs. Panels are one-time self-pay purchases with walk-in collection at 2,000+ sites where available. NXT Labs provides lab testing information only and does not provide medical review or interpretation of results.

No. NXT Labs provides lab testing information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and NXT does not provide medical review or interpretation of your results. You receive your results and can share them with your own healthcare provider to discuss what they mean for you.

With NXT Labs, you order a panel online without scheduling a doctor's visit first, where service is available. Then you walk in to a collection site. This does not replace care from your own healthcare provider. Results are provided for your information.
